Incoming raw material from own mines is visually inspected and sampled on arrival at the plant.
Process parameters (kiln temperature, retention time, feed rate) are monitored continuously during calcination.
Each production batch undergoes XRF, wet chemical and particle size testing before being released to the warehouse.
Batch test results are compared against grade specifications. Only approved batches move to packing and dispatch.
A test certificate (CoA) is prepared for every shipment and shared with the customer for full traceability.
